Updated Payment Policy, for Payment with Purchase Orders (PO’s): 50% of the order total must be paid upfront. The balance will be due upon completion of the order (All items delivered). This Super Elite bar has special high strength stress proof alloy steel that is a black zinc bar with silver zinc sleeves. It CAN handle all of your toughest workouts at a 200,000 PSI. Also, it has double rings and oil impregnated bushings with medium-high center knurling.
