He served as the head Soviet Sprint Coach for many years. Dr.
Tabachnik has his Doctorate in Sprinting and has published more than 150 scientific articles on Speed Development. He also headed a research team of 40 Ph.D’s from the Soviet Union whose sole purpose was to develop speed at the optimum level. Dr. Tabachnik was given marginal sprinters as an experiment using his research findings. The result: Soviet and European champions! Here’s your chance to make a quantum leap in your speed program.
