Develop the Leaders — questions
The WRSC is the BFS credential that trains and certifies coaches, PE teachers, and staff to run a supervised, safe school weight room — covering technique, spotting, supervision, and room standards. It costs $299 per coach online.
An under-supervised weight room is a real liability. When an injury happens, the first question is whether the adult in charge was trained — and whether the school can prove it. Certification puts documented safety training on file for every supervisor.
Both. Coaches can take the WRSC online ($299, self-paced), attend a regional certification event ($399), or bring a BFS clinician to school for a full-day in-service that certifies the whole staff at once.
Be An 11 is the BFS character-education program — leadership, goal-setting, and accountability for athletes. It runs as a live seminar at your school or as a $79.99 online course broken into chapters for Health and PE classes.
