Mirrors are mounted high, secured, unbroken, and positioned away from lifting activity and dumbbell racks.

Racks and benches are secured, bar catches and safety stops work, warning signs are intact, and everything is stored and tightened properly.

Cardio & Selector (Cable) Equipment

Cardio and cable machines are supervised, secured, labeled with warnings, and have non-slip mats and clean towels where needed.

Equipment Maintenance

Equipment is on a documented cleaning and maintenance schedule — no frayed cables, rust, or missing manufacturer paperwork.

Program Data Storage (Body of Evidence)

Signed acknowledgment forms, orientation documents, and athlete training logs are filed and retrievable.
