3x3 11 gauge steel and 3/4" hardware makes this a solid Wall Mount with modular functionality and a wide variety of customization options. Plastic protection on both sides of the J-Hooks helps protect the bar and uprights from scratching and wear.
American Barbell Wall Mount systems are budget friendly and an excellent starting point for a variety of training options. A great choice for garage gyms and smaller weight rooms, alike, allowing for easy expansion and customization as you go. For maximum stability we recommend bolting unit to a concrete wall/similar.
