The BR Ball Rebounder can be used on its own or can be attached to X-Lab Systems. Adjustable from 30 to 60 degrees in 7 increments, the rebounder provides multiple training options. A urethane tightening mechanism eliminates noise and rattles from the adjustment. Non-skid rubber feet and a weight peg keep it stationary when used on its own and wheels provide portability. Maximum medicine ball weight = 8 lbs.
