Coach Wilson, was named Athlete of the Year in High School and went on to earn a Master's Degree in Physical Education and Athletics.
He is the Head Football Coach and Weight Training Coordinator at Dowling Catholic High School in West Des Moines, Iowa.
He started using BFS with his Athletes in 1990.
